Company Culture

At Elmira Pet Products, the experience of our many long tenured employees can be seen in the quality and complexity of our work.  We combine the knowledge and talents of our seasoned staff with the fresh ideas from newer employees, as we continually seek out opportunities to Connect Innovation, Quality and Value with Pet Food. We are proud of our strong work ethic and “small town” values including honesty, integrity and respect. With over 200 employees in a non-unionised environment, our workforce, knowledge and expertise continues to grow.

Elmira Pet Products has an employee run Social Committee that plans many fun events and activities during and outside of work. Multiple BBQ’s, the annual company picnic, holiday pot luck, Toronto Blue Jays games, and the year-end holiday party are just some of the events that our employees look forward to during the year.  The Social Committee has an open invitation to anyone who would like to join, encouraging all employees to get involved in planning and running these fun events for our Elmira Pet Products family.

One of our more recent additions to the Elmira Pet Products cultural portfolio is the Wellness Team.  The goal of this team is to facilitate an environment at work that promotes health by providing the resources and know-how to employees to make choices in their everyday life that influence and support optimal health.  We can always expect to see the Wellness Team's touch on the many events held throughout the year, offering employees easy opportunities to make small changes and decisions that will contribute to better overall health.

Customers who wish to provide feedback by completing an onsite customer feedback form or verbally can do so at Reception.
Customers who provide formal feedback will receive acknowledgement of their feedback, along with any resulting actions based on concerns or complaints that were submitted.  We are committed to responding to your concerns either by phone or email within 5 business days.
