Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

At Elmira Pet Products, we believe that integrity and ethical conduct are the cornerstones of a successful and sustainable business.     We are committed to conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Our Code of Conduct serves as a comprehensive guide for all employees, ensuring that ethical considerations are at the forefront of decision-making processes.  Business transactions are to be conducted in a manner that is free from any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices. We believe in transparency, honesty, and accountability in all interactions with customers, suppliers, other business partners, and stakeholders.

    Health, Safety and Wellness

    Our commitment to health and safety extends beyond compliance; it is a fundamental aspect of our corporate culture. We pledge to provide a workplace that is safe, free from hazards, and conducive to the overall well-being of our employees, both physically and psychologically. This includes implementing and continuously improving health and safety protocols and providing ongoing wellness and safety training and programming.

    Human Rights

    We firmly believe in and are dedicated to upholding the principles of human rights as fundamental to our business operations. We uphold the principle that every person, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic, is entitled to a safe workplace where they are treated with dignity and respect.

    Fair Employment Practices and Non-Discrimination

    We are dedicated to creating a workplace that values diversity, fosters inclusion, and upholds the dignity of every employee. Our commitment extends to providing our employees with reasonable working hours, ensuring that all workers are treated fairly, receive competitive compensation, and are afforded equal opportunities for professional development. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of unfair treatment is strictly prohibited within our organization.

    Prohibition of Child and Forced labour

    We have a zero-tolerance policy for child labour and forced labour. We strictly prohibit the use of forced labour, child labour, and any form of involuntary servitude and expect the same of our suppliers, contractors and other business partners.

    Environmental sustainability is a core pillar of our corporate responsibility.     We understand that our responsibility with regard to business ethics and human rights extends beyond our direct operations to our entire supply chain. As such, we have developed a Supplier Code of Conduct and strive to ensure that our suppliers share our commitment to uphold a sustainable and responsible supply chain.
